Following the final, the individual accolades and the closing trophies of the Otten Innovation Cup 2026 were presented at PSV Campus De Herdgang. The awards were handed out by Noah Fernandez, a player for PSV 1.
On the final podium, Chelsea FC finished third, while hosts PSV became runners-up as losing finalists, taking second place. The challenge trophy and the title went to SE Palmeiras, who can now call themselves winners of the Otten Innovation Cup 2026.
Alongside the final standings, several team awards were also presented, based on advanced statistics. PSV were named best attacking team, an accolade calculated using three values: expected goals (xG), based on the number and quality of chances; expected threat (xT), in which attacking playing time carries more weight than play in midfield; and possession percentage. AS Monaco received the award for best defensive team, calculated using the same three metrics, but based on the figures of their opponents.
The top scorer title was shared by three players, all on the basis of goals scored: Liam van Nistelrooij (PSV), Isaac Ferreira (SL Benfica) and Jashayda Greenwood (Chelsea FC).
The award for best goalkeeper went to Kane Aerts of PSV. This accolade is determined via expected saves, calculated as the expected goals against minus the number of goals actually conceded: the higher the figure, the more goals the keeper prevented.
